An outdoor storybook exhibit at Walnut Creek Wetland Park telling the inspiring story of Dr. Norman Camp III’s efforts to restore the wetlands. Written in partnership with PEJ, this permanent installation is a tribute to his legacy.
A family-friendly festival hosted by City of Raleigh Parks & Recreation in partnership with PEJ. This event highlights the importance of wetlands and encourages kids to explore nature through activities like a mud slide, live animal encounters, crafts, and water play.
PEJ was honored to host the EPA’s official announcement event at Walnut Creek Wetland Center, making Walnut Creek the 21st Urban Waters Federal Partner location. The following day, PEJ led the first
